1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to the cataya platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law governing online gaming. By registering a cataya account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

cataya services are intended for individuals located within the Philippines or Filipino nationals legally permitted to access online gaming services under their applicable jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing cataya is lawful in your jurisdiction. cataya makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register a cataya account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid password. You must not use false or fictitious information during registration. cataya reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any information provided at any time.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and operate only one cataya account. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, a variant of your name, or using another person's identity — is prohibited. cataya employs technical and manual verification procedures to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited upon detection.

2.5 Account Acceptance

cataya reserves the right to accept or decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for any declined application.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cataya account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. cataya will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

3.2 Notification of Unauthorized Access

You must notify cataya immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your cataya account. Notification should be submitted via cataya's 24/7 live chat support channel.

3.3 Accurate Information Maintenance

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your cataya account remains accurate and current. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. cataya may suspend withdrawal processing where account information cannot be verified as accurate.

3.4 Account Non-Transferability

cataya accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your cataya account or any funds held within it to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will render the account subject to immediate closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cataya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and authorized Over-the-Counter (OTC) payment channels. cataya reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to users.

4.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your cataya account balance instantly upon confirmed receipt of funds. Bank transfers and OTC payments may require up to two (2) banking business days to reflect in your account balance depending on the processing time of the sending institution. cataya is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of initiating a deposit within your cataya account. Maximum deposit limits are applied in accordance with your account's KYC verification status and cataya's responsible gaming policies. Higher limits may be available to verified accounts upon request.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility and Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and registered account used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. KYC identity verification must be completed before cataya will process any withdrawal request. Standard withdrawal processing time to GCash averages under fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may require up to two (2) banking business days.

4.5 KYC Verification Requirements

4.6 Currency

All transactions on the cataya platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). cataya does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any foreign currency conversion is the responsibility of the depositing payment institution and cataya accepts no liability for exchange rate losses.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and promotional rewards offered by cataya are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time each promotion is offered. These Terms & Conditions constitute the general framework governing all cataya promotions; promotion-specific terms take precedence where they conflict with this general framework.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, bonus funds credited to a cataya account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of thirty (30) times the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering contribution rates vary by game category — slots typically contribute 100% of each bet toward wagering requirements; live casino table games may contribute between 10% and 20% depending on the game.

5.3 Bonus Validity

All cataya bonuses carry an expiry period communicated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements within the validity period will be forfeited automatically upon expiry. cataya is not obligated to issue reminders regarding bonus expiry.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

cataya reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and close accounts where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine game engagement, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.

5.5 Promotion Modification

cataya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time at its sole discretion. Where a promotion is discontinued after a player has already opted in and met eligibility criteria, cataya will honor the promotion in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of opt-in.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the cataya platform operates according to game-specific rules accessible within the game interface. By playing any game on cataya, you confirm that you have reviewed and accept the applicable game rules. In the event of any ambiguity, cataya's interpretation of game rules will be final.

6.2 Random Number Generation

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cataya platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement agencies as appropriate:

1. Opening or operating more than one cataya account, whether personally or through a proxy;
2. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;
3. Using the cataya platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
4. Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after funds have been used for gaming activity;
5. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the cataya platform in place of genuine human participation;
6. Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any cataya game, including live dealer games and sports betting;
7. Exploiting known or suspected technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in cataya's platform or games for financial gain;
8. Allowing any third party to use your cataya account, including as a proxy or agent;
9. Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match fixing, or game manipulation;
10. Accessing the cataya platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
11. Threatening, harassing, or abusing cataya staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

cataya is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among its Filipino player base. cataya operates a responsible gaming program that includes deposit limits, session time controls, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 8.2 Self-Exclusion

8.3 Deposit and Loss Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits through their cataya account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms. Players who become aware that an underage individual has accessed cataya using their account details must notify cataya support immediately.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by cataya

cataya reserves the right to suspend or restrict a player's account at any time where cataya reasonably suspects: violation of these Terms; fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or receipt of a payment chargeback or reversal. During a suspension, access to games and withdrawal of funds may be restricted pending investigation.

9.2 Closure by cataya

cataya may permanently close a player's account upon confirmation of any violation of these Terms. In the case of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct, cataya reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance without refund. Where closure results from non-fraudulent circumstances — such as a duplicate account or failed KYC — deposited funds less any void winnings will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

9.3 Voluntary Account Closure

A player may request the voluntary closure of their cataya account at any time by contacting cataya support. Prior to processing the closure, cataya will settle any pending bets, apply any applicable bonus forfeiture terms, and process any withdrawal of the remaining real money balance to the player's verified payment method. Account closure requests submitted during active self-exclusion periods may be delayed until the exclusion window concludes.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the cataya platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software code, design elements, and audio-visual materials — is the property of cataya or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the cataya platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works of any cataya content without prior written authorization from cataya.

The cataya name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary to cataya. Unauthorized use of cataya's trademarks in any context — including social media, affiliate activities, or user-generated content — is prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cataya's aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds deposited by the player into their cataya account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cataya shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising from platform use;
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond cataya's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, government actions, natural disasters, or third-party service provider outages;
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials;
• Technical malfunctions in third-party payment systems used to access the cataya platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits cataya's liability for death or personal injury caused by cataya's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation by cataya, to the extent such limitations are prohibited by Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

cataya collects, processes, and stores personal data about its players in accordance with cataya's Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). By registering a cataya account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in cataya's Privacy Policy.

cataya uses player data to: verify identity and maintain compliance with PAGCOR and anti-money laundering regulations; administer accounts and process transactions; provide customer support; improve platform functionality; and communicate promotional offers to eligible players.

cataya will not sell personal player data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where required for the operation of cataya's licensed services, where required by law or regulatory direction, or with the player's explicit consent.

13 Amendments to These Terms

cataya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to cataya's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit dispute notifications in writing to cataya's support team. cataya will investigate and respond to disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through cataya's internal process, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's regulatory dispute resolution mechanism, where cataya's operating license is subject to PAGCOR oversight. Any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through the above processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
